Back to Nature: Soul & Body Attunement Weekend

When we get back to Nature, we get back to ourselves.

Many people are so immersed in the hustle and bustle of life we have really lost touch with ourselves. If you crave connection to nature, and a deeper sense of connection with your body and soul join us at our Back To Nature Campout June 14th-June 16th.

-Learn tools to let go of our everyday stress and open up to the present moment.
-Activate our 5 senses and experience the beauty and healing power of the Earth.
-Release tension and blockages in our bodies and minds through yoga, breath work, movement.
-Discover edible and medicinal plant species of the North East bio-region.
-Express your sound through song and sharing of gratitude around a sacred fire, which humans have done for centuries.

This is a chance for a life reset, recalibration and realignment, in a circle with other people sharing this experience.

On Sunday we will all participate in a powerful sweatlodge ceremony. This ritual is purification for mind, body and spirit, a wonderful opportunity to learn from an Indigenous Elder whose traditional ways go back many generations.
